.xlsx / .xlsm — one file per run

A pack of 1 pc per master carton is usually a PLM placeholder and can inflate CBM ~3×. "Estimate" borrows the most common real pack used for the identical carton size in the same file.

Practical safe-stow % of nominal CBM — 20'GP 33.2 · 40'STD 67.7 · 40'HQ 76.2 CBM.

Below this % of a container's capacity, an overflow remainder is flagged for LCL top-up or delay to next week instead of opening a near-empty new container.

Country (BU #), warehouse/city mapping, Sunday cutoff, PO rollup and equipment rules are applied automatically — no re-typing needed for a routine run.

02 · Processing & Output

Upload a PLM export and run the consolidation to generate the City and Warehouse dashboards.

The workbook is a formatted corporate report: company header, reporting period, bordered tables, shaded subtotals, landscape page setup and print footer — Dashboard by City, Dashboard by Warehouse, PO Detail (both groupings, with Country), and the Capacity Balance Sheet.

Where this runs: every calculation — country and warehouse mapping, weekly cutoff grouping, PO rollup, CBM, and equipment assignment — happens locally in your browser with fixed, auditable rules. Your PLM file is never uploaded anywhere.
